Kushikatsu, a specialty of Osaka, is prepared on a hot plate, with a crackling sound, almost like deep-frying.The skewers come with eight of each of three types of meat - Osaka brand Naniwa pork, Kawachi duck, and domestic beef sirloin - as well as seasonal seafood and vegetables.In addition to the classic Worcestershire sauce, you can also enjoy it with three other condiments: salt, ponzu sauce, and mustard.
