[Course content]

・Sable with lightly smoked lean tuna and celery root puree

・Cauliflower potage

・40g rare grilled medium fatty tuna

· Grilled vegetables

・60g of domestic beef sirloin steak or 100g of domestic beef lamb sirloin

・Three kinds of tuna sushi, red miso soup, pickles (can be changed to a three kinds of tuna bowl for an additional 600 yen)

(3 types of tuna: raw tuna, seared albacore tuna, marinated yellowfin tuna)

・Strawberry and white chocolate terrine
